Basic Blackjack Strategy for Soft and Hard Hands
The objective of blackjack game is to achieve a greater value
without going over 21. Therefore, Malaysia Online Betting players always come to one question, whether hit or stand
and we are going to share when players should hit and when should stand in this
article.
‘Hit’ is request for another card which players hope to increase
their hand closer to 21 while ‘stand’ means they refuse to get another card. Players
usually stand because they are more likely to bust if they hit. Further, players’
existing hand value is soft total or hard total decides which blackjack
strategy to apply. Soft hand is when an ace serves as 11 and it has an
advantage that the value of 11 will become 1. Hence, any other than this hand
are known as hard hand.
When players are dealt with hard hand, Malaysia Online Betting players make difference decisions based on
the hand value. For instance, if their existing value is less than 11, they
will never bust and they must always hit. Moreover, if hand value is 12 to 16
and dealer’s face up card is 7 and above, players are less likely to win the
game. Therefore, they should hit instead of stand. When their value is between
17 and 21, they are more likely to bust and they should always stand.
On the other hand, if Malaysia Online Betting dealer shows 2 to 6 as his face up card and players’ hand is
12 to 16, dealer is easy to bust and players can stand to wait the dealer to
bust his hand. Lastly, when players have soft 17 or less, they choose to hit as
the ace can be treated as 1. If players get soft 18 or above, they have to
stand because they have great chance to win the game.
